Hex can usb no longer registered?

Hi guys,

I have used my genuine cable for years now, earlier today i have been getting various errors saying my device is not registered.

I checked the about page and it saya my cable is unauthorised/unregistered.

Any ideas what happened?

Looks like someone used it with a hacked software that came with a clone.

I did plug my lead in another garage owners laptop so thats whats caused it.

How do i rectify this?

Wow i made a genuine mistake and now have to pay to sort it. When i have already paid a sum for thw genuine cable. No thank you will look into the vas system and stay away from this sort of crappy service
