In adaptions you can set the comfort interval, I set it to 4 test and save. This works fine for the day but it's like it forgets and resets itself overnight. When I go back into adaptions it's still saved at 4 but no longer works this way. I read about this problem with vw's and how resetting them to factory settings works but I can't see a reset button in the DIS in the audi.

Based on the scan you posted here, this looks to be a 2011 8P A3, with a PQ35 BCM. I've got no hands-on in those. Mine was a 2006, entirely Mk.5-ish rather than yours, which is much more Mk.6-ish. Hopefully, someone will chime in with a suggestion.

Although you have 2011, I found on my '09 I could only get it to stick at 3 ...any more than that and it reset. Successfully set my wife's old '09 Polo to 5 repeats but alas, the A3 won't have it. :(

Thanks for the input guys. I retrofitted footwell lights awhile back, and they have been working fine .But only activated via terminal 58d today so that I could control the brightness through the DIS. And the indicators started working at 4, now this maybe a coincidence since I had accessed the controller. I will have to report back in the morning if it's still working.
