unable to auto-detect ROD code . Access to Door ELEC modules not possible VW CC 2014

Hi Tech support team I have an error message whilst scanning using latest version 17.8. I'm trying to access the Driver and Front Passenger door modules but I get options greyed out. Kindly review and offer your much appreciated resolve on this. Cheers. I've emailed complete scan and an error message attachment as seen on VCDS page to Tech support.

Support is a little backed up right now, which is why they haven't answered your email yet, but we've added the necessary info to the VCDS source and it should work in the next build, which should be a matter of days now.

Auto-Scan sent where? I'm not seeing it anywhere, including our Support inbox.
