And another strange issue on a different car with the latest Beta!

Ran an Autoscan earlier today on my friend's Skoda Fabia as he had the ABS light permanently on in the instrument panel. I've only just fully analysed the log and noticed that one of the ECUs [46 Central Convenience] is totally missing from the log. Here's the whole log from earlier today:

The first thing I would do is cold-boot the CCM. Those old Komfortgerát modules sometimes got in a mode where they refused any diagnostic connections.

Sorry, Uwe; don't understand what you mean by a 'cold boot' of the CCM ECU.

However, I reran the tests with both latest Prod version and the latest Beta that Eric described elsewhere.

Both runs didn't find the 46 ECU and gave me no indication. However, I did run both with Debug=1024 so there are debug files which I zipped and which I am about to email to Support@.

By the way; when I ran the Prod code I got one of those 'No faults, DTC not supported, broken communication' messages [described in my other recent Thread] on an ECU on the Skoda that's always worked before. Hopefully the Debug file from that event is included in the Zip.

Removed all power from it for a bit. This can be done by unplugging the CCM from the car's harness, removing the appropriate fuses, or disconnecting the car's battery.

OK; got it now:)

The car is going in for the ABS repair to the right wheel sensor shortly, so I'll see what I can scan after that's done.

Thanks - Julian

FWIW the debugs confirmed that 46 simply wasn't answering the wakeup command, whether with 17.1.3 or the beta at the time (17.5.1).
