Hi,
I retrofitted air con early this year but now its getting colder I've noticed no real heat coming from the air vents.
I've tested with VCDS and it seems like the climate control module isn't sending the correct specified output to turn the heat on full.
I've done a recirculation flap alignment and basic settings a few times and when it's doing the test its fully working and I get heat. I can also see the temp flap actuator moving to its highest and lowest settings so it seems like the wiring/component is fine.
I'm pretty sure the issue started after I installed the aircon.
If I view the live data the specified value only goes to 145 (the max hot setting is 225) so its as if the CCM isnt sending the correct info.
The only thing I can think of is coding but there doesnt seem to be any codes or adaptations that can be applied?
My CCM is:
